Articles, guides, cost ranges, calculators and color tools on this site are educational. Roofs, insurance policies and building codes vary. Nothing here is a quote, a promise of coverage, legal advice, or a professional opinion about your specific property.

Our cost calculator and color visualizer produce approximations only. Screen colors do not match manufacturer samples, and estimated ranges do not account for decking condition, layers, access, or code requirements.

Estimates and pricing

Estimates are free and carry no obligation. A price becomes binding only in a written, signed agreement between you and us. Estimates are valid for the period stated on the document and may change if hidden conditions are found once tear-off begins, we will show you before we proceed.

Insurance claims

We help homeowners document damage and coordinate with adjusters. We are a contractor, not a public adjuster, an attorney, or your insurer's representative. We cannot guarantee that a claim will be approved, what a carrier will pay, or how it will interpret your policy. Your deductible is your responsibility and we will never offer to absorb, waive or rebate it.

Warranties

Workmanship warranty terms are stated in your signed agreement. Manufacturer warranties, including the GAF System Plus Limited Warranty, are issued by the manufacturer under its own terms and registration requirements. We do not extend or modify them.

Licensing and insurance

We are licensed and insured in the state of Georgia. Certificates of insurance are available on request before work begins.

Text messaging

If you opt in, you agree to receive project-related text messages from us. Message and data rates may apply, frequency varies, reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Content and trademarks

All text, photography and design on this site belong to us. Project photographs are of our own work. Manufacturer names and certifications referenced on the site are the property of their respective owners and are used only to describe products we install and credentials we hold.

Third-party links

Where we link to manufacturers, carriers or public resources, we do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Georgia law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits our obligations under a signed contract for work performed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, and any dispute relating to this website will be brought in the courts of Gwinnett County, Georgia.
