Correct sizing

Hidden hangers
Screwed into the fascia at proper spacing, not nailed spikes that work loose.
Downspouts that go somewhere
Placed and extended so water leaves the foundation instead of pooling next to it.
Guards if you want them
Under pine and hardwood canopy, guards are worth it. We will tell you if your home does not need them.
