Not every roof needs replacing, and we will say so. A repair done on the right roof buys you years. A repair sold on a worn-out roof just moves the leak somewhere else.

What we repair most
Wind-lifted and missing shingles
Georgia thunderstorm gusts break the seal strip. Loose tabs get replaced and re-sealed before the next front.
Cracked pipe boots
The rubber collar around plumbing vents is usually the first thing on a roof to fail, and one of the most common leak sources we find.
Failed flashing
Chimneys, sidewalls, skylights and step flashing where the roof meets a wall. Sealant is not a repair; correct metal is.
Valley leaks
Valleys carry the most water on the roof. When the metal or weave fails there, water moves fast into the deck.
Nail pops and exposed fasteners
Fasteners back out over time and open pinholes straight through the deck.
Damaged ridge and ventilation
Broken ridge caps and crushed vents let water and animals into the attic.
