What we collect

When you submit a form on this site we collect your name, phone number, email address, property address or city, the service you are asking about, and anything you write in the message field. We ask for a phone number because roofing questions are almost always faster to resolve in a two-minute call than in a week of email.

Our hosting and analytics providers may also record standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and referring site.

How we use it

To respond to your request, schedule an inspection, prepare an estimate, coordinate with your insurance carrier when you ask us to, and follow up about work in progress or completed.

We do not sell your information. We do not rent, trade or share it with lead-generation companies or unaffiliated marketers.

Text messages

If you check the SMS consent box, you agree to receive text messages from us about your inquiry and project, appointment confirmations, arrival windows, and job updates. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase, and opting out will not affect the service you receive.

Who we share it with

Only where it is necessary to do the work: our own crews, and, when you have asked us to help with a claim, your insurance carrier and its adjuster. We also use service providers for website hosting, form storage and email delivery, who process the data on our behalf.

We may disclose information where required by law or to establish or defend a legal claim.

How long we keep it

Inquiry records are kept as long as needed to serve you and to satisfy warranty, insurance and tax record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing prodigyhomeimprove@gmail.com and we will do so unless we are required to retain it.

Your choices

You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email or call and we will handle it. We will not make you fill out a form to be left alone.
