Before you file
A free documented inspection so you know whether there is a claim worth filing at all.
On adjuster day
We meet your adjuster on the roof and walk the damage together so nothing gets missed from the ladder.
Reading the scope
We go through the carrier's estimate line by line with you and translate ACV, RCV, depreciation and your deductible into plain numbers.
Supplements
When the approved scope leaves out decking, ventilation, flashing or code-required items, we submit the documentation to get them added.
Ordinance & Law
Georgia code changes since your roof was built can be a covered cost. Most homeowners never know to ask.
Through final payment
We stay on the claim until depreciation is released and the file is closed.
