A gutter cleaning removes leaves and leaves everything else wrong. C.S.R. is our own three-step service that fixes the reasons gutters actually fail: debris, failed seals and lost pitch.
What to look for
The three steps
1 · Clear
Every run, corner and downspout is cleared by hand and flushed. Shingle grit and pine straw pack the bottom of the elbow where a blower will never reach it.
2 · Seal
Corners, end caps and downspout outlets are cleaned back to bare metal and re-sealed. This is where the drip on your porch column is coming from, almost every time.
3 · Realign
We re-pitch the run toward the downspout and re-secure the hangers so water moves instead of standing, and stops overshooting the front lip.

Why realignment is the part everybody skips
Overshoot rots fascia from behind
When a gutter sits flat or sags, a hard rain sheets over the front edge and runs down the back of the board. By the time paint bubbles, the wood is gone.
Standing water kills the gutter
Water left sitting in a flat run holds debris, breeds mosquitoes, and adds weight that pulls hangers out of the fascia.
It is far cheaper than the alternative
Fascia, soffit and sheathing repair costs many times what a re-pitch does. C.S.R. exists because we got tired of replacing wood that never had to rot.
